Hi, I'm Rob and I have been a Certified Massage Therapist since 2001. I am a Clinically Trained Massage Therapist specializing in: Orthopaedic Massage, Deep Tissue Release, MyoFascial Release,Fibromyalgia Treatment,Sports Massage (Pre and Post Event), Massage Cupping and Stess Reduction.

I have worked closely with Chiroprator's Offices, Physical Therapy Clinics and Orthopaedic Surgeons.

Hi! My name is Debra; I have lived in the Hampton Roads area for over 30 years. I received my training in massage therapy at RAV (which is now Fortis). I have been Certified to do massage for since 1999. I got into massage because I have a desire to help other people, if only for a brief span of time. Being able to help ease someone’s pain or discomfort, or help reduce the stress, gives me a great sense of joy.

I have gotten my experience working with massage businesses, and chiropractors’ offices. I have received some training in Lymphatic Drainage. My specialties include: Swedish massage, Hot Stone Massage, Reflexology, Deep Tissue, Myofascial Release, facials and body scrubs.
